The backlog contains all the user stories and workflow obtained from the roadmap and its requirements. It also contains every change in the existing functionality based on our customer's feedback

Plan
Our team plans an agile sprint by discussing critical requirements for every task and preparing documentation to outline them. We perform the tasks that got split and organised into a timeline and need to accomplish during a fixed timebox.We have a task to begin with!

Design
After fully understanding the project, charts and diagrams are shared between team members to ease the development process. At this stage, we create a mock-up of the user interface and build the project architecture.Time to code

Develop
Here we transform the prototype into existing software that meets our quality standards and matches the requirements described in the previous stages.

Test
Our team will test the product to make sure of its quality. We build products that have reliable and clean code with an intuitive and effective user interface.Yay, no bugs!

Deploy
It's the part where we put the latest increment into production. After placing every change in the code into a series of manual and automated tests, where it can be modified and reloaded, redeployed, disabled, or re-enabled.One more check..

Review
We ensure that our work is achieved as expected, corresponds with the planning process, and meets the product owner's expectations.

Release
Once we reach this phase, we identify any bugs, address defects, finalize user documentation, and collect feedback to make improvements in future iterations.Mission ‘Almost’ Accomplished!
